Refund Policy

OUR POLICY

Due to the custom research nature of our service, we operate a strict no-refund policy once work has begun.

DEPOSIT

The 50% deposit paid before work begins is non-refundable once research has commenced. If you cancel before any work has started, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

DELIVERED DATASETS

Once a dataset has been delivered to your dashboard, no refunds will be issued. If you believe there is a material error in the delivered data (e.g. wrong geography, wrong asset class), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will investigate and re-pull at no additional cost.

DISPUTES

If you have a concern about a delivered dataset, email rahul@godeshtek.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue.

CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover the full project cost.
