ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account and submitting a data request on deshtekdata.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

THE SERVICE

DeshTek Data provides custom ownership and contact dataset research services. We source data from publicly available records, county appraisal districts, CMBS databases, and proprietary research methods.

PAYMENT TERMS

• ▸A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project.
• ▸The remaining balance is due within 7 days of dataset delivery.
• ▸Minimum engagement: $500 per project.
• ▸For projects over $1,500, milestone payments may apply.
• ▸By approving an estimate, you authorise the deposit invoice and commit to payment of the full agreed amount upon delivery.

DATA OWNERSHIP

• ▸Delivered datasets become the property of the client upon full payment.
• ▸DeshTek Data retains the right to use anonymised project metadata for internal research and service improvement.
• ▸Clients may not resell or redistribute delivered datasets without prior written consent.

DATA ACCURACY

• ▸All data is sourced from publicly available records. We make no guarantees of 100% accuracy or completeness.
• ▸We do not guarantee that contact information (email, phone) is current at the time of delivery.
• ▸Clients are responsible for verifying data before use in outreach campaigns.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use delivered datasets for spam, harassment, illegal solicitation, or any activity that violates applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DeshTek Data's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
